We are currently recruiting a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to join our dynamic team in the Northern region’s solar rooftop and renewable energy sectors. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing electrical design, installation, and maintenance activities for solar rooftop projects, ensuring their efficient and safe operation, and contributing to the advancement of renewable energy adoption
Key Responsibilities:
Budget and planning
- Manage the overall marketing and communications yearly calendar for the business.
- Ability to budget communication & marketing. Responsible for management and implementation of communications & marketing activities and events as planned and within the budget assigned.
Marketing Materials & Online Marketing
- Develop B2B content (online posts, articles, video…), from planning to creation and distribution on multiple channels, in both English and Vietnamese, within the agreed deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Digital marketing and effective channel management to ensure the success of brand communications and lead-generation campaigns.
- Review and edit the existing promotional material for marketing effectiveness and adherence to the evolution of our offering and brand guidelines.
PR & Events
- Arrange company CSR programs, project ground-breaking ceremony and contract-signing ceremony with the support of external partners/agencies.
- Drafting press releases for the company’s activities and setting up ongoing Media relationships including regular visits to maximize visibility/benefits for the company.
- Support the Business Development team in identifying networking events and organizing client events or internal seminars if needed.
- Develop strategies for new events, implement best practices and manage the planning process for a-z together with suppliers.
- Develop trade show promotional materials, including a booth and other related materials, if necessary.
Market research
- Collect and leverage intelligence on competitors’ media relations activities in Vietnam to inform the management team.
Required skills and qualifications:
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Have a minimum of 2-year experience in marketing/communication. Experience in the renewable energy field is a plus.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Communication or equivalent
You are able to work within a diverse team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated communications activities for both the internal and external stakeholders You have excellent copywriting skills, content creation skills, editing and moderating documents, press releases.
Develop and implement an online Marketing plan: LinkedIn, Website, online media, business community…
Skill in marketing communication, content editing, creating design and video, digital marketing, Microsoft office software, understanding SEO/SEA.
You are self-driven and comfortable working autonomously.
Good written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail
