As an Asset Management Manager, you will be responsible for helping to maximize the profitability of the business through managing and monitoring a company’s assets. Renewable energy asset management covers compliance with the technical, financial and administrative aspects of an energy facility across the entire development, construction and operational phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain asset management processes across the entire asset lifecycle, including Development, Installation, Operation, and Maintenance phases
  • Oversee the asset development process to ensure the quality and integrity, maximizing the asset value throughout its lifecircle
  • Manage the generation, capture, and transfer of asset data during all phases (development, installation, and operation) to ensure comprehensive and accurate information management
  • Develop and maintain a systematic approach to document management, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible
  • Identify potential risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize the impact on asset performance and value
  • Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas of loss or inefficiency, and develop improvement plans to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and direction to the O&M team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with asset management objectives.
  • Liaise with local authority, manage client relations concerning electricity output and revenue, and ensure continuous information exchange with HQ to keep them informed and involved in major decisions.
  • Report on financial performance, including forecasting budgets and tracking financial outcomes against forecasts.

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related filed
• Minimum 5 years experience in asset management, particularly in the renewable energy sector
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles, including risk management, performance monitoring, and maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in data management systems and software used for asset management.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Management and planning skills,
• Negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office (level B or equivalent) especially is excel.
