We are currently recruiting a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to join our dynamic team in the Northern region’s solar rooftop and renewable energy sectors. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing electrical design, installation, and maintenance activities for solar rooftop projects, ensuring their efficient and safe operation, and contributing to the advancement of renewable energy adoption
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Cash-Flow management systems
• Provide the CEO and Board with detailed, appropriate and effective management
accounting reports;
• Effective cash-flow management facilitating careful short term working capital and
long-term cash position planning and reliable forecasting, along with effective treasury
management.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
• Provide finance reports on-time and accurately.
• Produce requested project finance models on time and efficiently.
• Prepare and share finance, taxation and economics knowledge and updates for
management and Board reference.
• Lead the budgeting process, create the budget & reforecasts.
3. Taxation and Accounting
• Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose internal control system and ensure its’ operating
effectiveness;
• Supervise and review the performance of the team and provide guidance and training
where necessary;
• Keep abreast of the development of relevant laws, regulations and policies;

4. Oversee Establishment of Project Companies
• Review, revise and implement existing ACC policies and procedures for relevance in
Vietnam, ensuring compliance with local regulations, financing norms and business
needs;
• Maintain relationships with onshore and offshore debt providers who specialize in
renewable energy PPA and EMC loans. Have a wide portfolio of banks on hand to
compete to fund ACC’s projects;
• Research and stay up to date on Vietnam’s current Project Company filing requirements
on a national level and in jurisdictions where the Company is likely to begin projects.
• Work with legal counsel to develop ideal structures for bringing offshore funds to
Vietnam, effectively structuring business and VAT tax payments, and repatriation of
funds upon liquidity event.
5. Develop and Lead the Finance Department
To employ, train and manage a Finance Team to support the Company’s evolving needs that has
the necessary competency, positive attitude, and professionalism and consistently delivers
performance that meets or exceeds targets.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance management, accounting or relevant field
ACCA or other relevant qualification
At least 5 years finance experience with comprehensive exposure to all or most of the fields
including finance accounting, finance planning and analysis and tax of which at least 2 years’
experience as head of the finance department.
Experience establishing corporate entities in Vietnam (Foreign owned), including obtaining
relevant licenses, approvals and permits. Knowledge of project finance arrangements in Vietnam,
including regulations pertaining to debt and equity funding.
Excellent communications, persuasion and presentation skills, good at dealing with people at
different levels.
Technically savvy with comprehensive understandings of Vietnamese accounting, tax laws &
regulations and their implications in the business context.
Fluent usage of commonly used office software including Excel, PowerPoint, and
automation accounting and/or ERP systems.
